  • Dynamic Basketball Player Development Camp Full-Day II (July 1- 5)

    Dynamic Basketball Player Development Camp (Full-Day)
    Lace up your sneakers and get ready to go! Dynamic Basketball offers a great week of basketball to enhance your summer. Campers will enjoy learning from the best while also enhancing their skills through drills, individual competition, and games. Balanced competition makes this an enjoyable week for everyone!

  • Flag Football (July 1 - 5)

    Are you looking for some gridiron action during the dog days of summer? Here is a chance for every quarterback and linebacker in the making to learn the fundamentals of football in a safe and fun environment. Flag football offers the core skills of passing, catching, and defensive positioning. This camp is designed to prepare kids to be champions both on and off the field by teaching them the importance of fair play, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This camp provides exhilarating and action-packed games that give campers a chance to show off their skills and maybe even their end-zone dance! Score some touchdowns with us this summer!

  • Innovation Creations (July 1 - 5)

    Have you ever wanted to build the projects you dream about? If so, join this brand new program and create the objects from your imagination. Build with Legos, K’nex, “Big Blue Blocks,” and so much more! Innovation Creations will allow campers to build all the amazing structures you have ever imagined in a fun atmosphere. Once you have built the structure, grab a friend and develop all the fun and creative ways to utilize the creation. This program is sure to spark the curiosities and imagination in your campers while building cooperative skills. Sign up today and join the action before space runs out!

  • Let's Write! Creative Writing for Middle School Students I (July 1 - 5)

    If you love to write stories or poetry, join our weekly group for creative writing activities and challenges. Middle School writers will explore various prompts - fiction, description, opinion, and photo - and experiment with different styles of writing. During our last session, participants will be encouraged to display their best creative writing on the Middle School hallway bulletin board. Additionally, students will select pieces to share with the Cape Henry Community through a digital link in the Dolphin Digest. Composition books and folders will be provided - bring your favorite pens or pencils to unleash your creative side.

  • Magic Camp I (July 1 - 5)

    Abracadabra, Alakazam, hocus pocus! Sit back and enjoy the magical transformation as campers become magicians right before your very eyes! Campers learn amazing magic tricks they can perform for family and friends. Award-winning professional magician Mr. Rob Westcott teaches young magicians various skills and helps them to build self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Each child receives a magic case to decorate and fill with a magic wand and tricks they learn throughout the week. On the last day of camp, join us for a magic show where the children perform the magic they have learned! Students who have taken Magic Camp before are also welcomed back. Mr. Westcott has many new tricks for returning students. Space is limited so register today!

  • Play-Well: Jedi Engineering using LEGO® Materials (July 1 - 5)

    The Force Awakens in this introductory engineering course for young Jedi! Explore engineering principles by designing and building projects such as LEGO X-Wings, R2 units, energy catapults, defense turrets, and settlements from a galaxy far, far away. Create motorized and architectural projects with imagination and engineering to defeat the Empire!

  • Play-Well: Jedi Master Engineering using LEGO Materials (July 1 - 5)

    The Force Awakens in this advanced engineering course for young Jedi! Discover key engineering concepts such as gear trains, worm drives, pneumatics, and eccentric motion. Build LEGO X-Wings, AT-AT walkers, pod racers, star destroyers, cloud cities, settlements, fortresses, and other complex machines and structures from a galaxy far, far away.

  • Upper School Health: Online ( June 24 - July 19)

    This program is focused on exploring the many facets of leading a fulfilling, healthy, and productive lifestyle. At this exciting, intense, and difficult stage of life, we will learn and discuss serious social, emotional, physical and societal concerns. Topics include illegal substances, growth, and development, physical activity, nutrition, preventing violence and abuse, and mental and emotional development. Students will also complete the American Heart Association’s curriculum for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Classroom Health sessions run from 8:00 a.m. - noon on Monday through Friday of each week, and office hours are available from noon - 1:00 p.m. for extra help.
