REGISTRATION
Early registration is encouraged! Camp sizes are limited. Registration payment must be paid in full no later than one week prior to participation in Summer at the Cape. You must register and pay for a full week of camp even if the child is not there the entire week. Your child is not considered registered for a camp unless full payment is completed. When registration payment is not received one week prior to the program's start date, Cape Henry Collegiate reserves the right to remove a camper from a Summer program roster. If registering within one week of the program's start date, payment must be completed upon registration. Your payment must be made at least one week in advance in order to determine if enrollment is sufficient. A payment plan may be established if requested in writing more than one week prior to the start of the program in which the camper is enrolled. Registration must be completed online. Phoned or faxed registration will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding Summer Programs, please contact the Director of Auxiliary Programs at tylerfaubert@capehenry.org or (757) 963-8241.
CAMP CANCELLATIONS
Cape Henry Collegiate reserves the right to modify or cancel any summer program with insufficient enrollment. All camps must meet minimum enrollment numbers no later than one week prior to the respective program's start date to proceed. If the Summer Programs Office cancels a program, a full refund will be given or may be applied to another camp.
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, AND WITHDRAWALS
A refund will only be permitted if requested in writing more than one week prior to the start of the session in which the camper is enrolled. Fifteen percent (15%) of the camp fee is nonrefundable within one week of the beginning of the session. Campers withdrawn less than three days prior to the start of camp are responsible for the full tuition. Transfers are permissible up to two weeks prior to the start of camp. There are no prorated fees or refunds for campers arriving after the beginning of the session, leaving before its completion, or missing any time during camp.
HEALTH FORM
In accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia law, each camper must provide Cape Henry Collegiate with a copy of the health form MCH-213G before the first day of their respective camp. The completed MCH-213G must include documentation of all age-appropriate immunizations and a physical examination. All documents must include the date of the physical exam, and the examining physician must sign the immunization form. This health form is required for enrollment in all independent and public schools. Children ages five and under are required to have the MCH-213G on file, and it must be dated within one year before the camp start date. Cape Henry Collegiate students do not need to submit this form for Summer Programs since it is already on file.
REQUIRED SOCIAL SERVICES PAPERWORK

In accordance with the Social Services policy, we are required to document the identity and age of all children enrolled in these programs. Proof of your child's identity may include a birth certificate or a birth registration card. If your child is not currently an enrolled student at Cape Henry Collegiate, you will need to bring this documentation to the School before the start of camp. Athletic camps are not licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services and do not require proof of birth or Virginia School Health Entrance forms.
