  • K-T-1 Active Club

    Do you want to expend your Friday energy? Maybe you are looking to become more active! This program welcomes boys and girls of all fitness levels to join the action and learn the importance of an active lifestyle. This program will begin with an engaging five-minute warm-up before students challenge themselves with daily fun and games! Students will also participate in fun and exciting fitness activities before a proper cool-down wraps up the day.

  • Lower School Chess

    The game of Kings has been around for centuries, and there are a ton of reasons why! Students will learn and compete to increase critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as improve mathematical and logical reasoning. Participants will also learn how each piece moves, strategies, tactics, castling, en passant, promotions, and much more. Beginners will develop a love of the game while experienced players will take their game to another level. Students will benefit from individual instruction as well as enjoy competing in a class tournament.

  • Lower School Wrestling

    Join Varsity Wrestling Head Coach Jack Effner in this physical development program that introduces students to the sport of wrestling and allows experienced wrestlers to maximize their potential. Students will learn the basics of wrestling through skills training and practice sessions. Get ready, as this activity will be challenging with sport-specific games and competitions. Sessions will be fun for students with a variety of physical activities mixed with important fundamentals of wrestling. So come run, skip, jump, and roll with us!

  • Paint and Play

    Come join us every Wednesday from 3:30-4:30pm.  Each session will include a fun story and song that correlates with our theme for the week.  We will paint, color, and glitter our way through the spring season. We will also engage in play with our peers as we explore the various activities available in the classroom.

  • Prekindergarten STEM

    Unlock your imagination and creativity in this brand new program. Do you like to build, create, and interact with other STEM lovers? If so, this program is for you. Work on specific themed projects, engage in free build, and watch and learn from your peers as you look to master your STEM skills!

  • Rock-it Science: Rockn' Labs

    Science truly does rock and we will finish up the year conducting some of our favorite Rockn' Labs and some new ones too! Join us as we erupt volcanoes, mix up ice cream, and make my favorite butter slime just to name a few.

  • Soccer Shots

    The pros from Soccer Shots return to Cape Henry after fantastic fall and winter sessions. This uniquely designed program introduces children to soccer in a fun, safe, and controlled environment. Students will learn basic soccer skills, participate in fun games, and enjoy healthy competition. Soccer Shots emphasizes character-forming lessons such as fair play, individual concentration, cooperation, and encouragement. Space is limited. Sign up early!

  • Yoga Fun for Little Yogi's

    Yoga is fun for everyone!  Learn to twist your body like a pretzel, breathe like a bee, sit still like a rock, and just relax. Through games, stories, creativity, and great music, we will explore the ancient art of yoga and mindfulness in a fun and exciting way.  Come join this awesome opportunity to grow, share, learn and explore what the body and mind can accomplish.
