Tuition and Financial Aid

To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.

Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application, as Cape Henry Collegiate requires you to upload additional tax documentation including current paycheck or pay stub for both parents. Additional documents may be required based on your family’s financial circumstances.

Helpful Links Regarding Financial Aid

The deadline for completing the financial aid application including relevant supplemental documents is December 15, 2024 for current families and March 1, 2025 for new families applying to Cape Henry Collegiate.

If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at support@clarityapp.com or (206) 210-3752, in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.

Tuition

• Lunch is included in the tuition.
• Several payment options are available.
• A nonrefundable deposit is applied to tuition.
• A graduation fee of $350 will be assessed to all seniors.

Textbooks/Supplies

• Students in Kindergarten and Transition pay a $270 materials fee.
• Students in Grades 1-5 pay a $300 books and materials fee.  
• Students in Grades 6 and 7 pay a $320 books and materials fee.
• Students in Grades 7-12 purchase textbooks through our Online Bookstore.
• Supplies and spirit items are available in The Brooks Family Spirit Store.

One-Pay Plan

• Payment of the entire balance of tuition and required fees (if any) by August 31.

Three-Payment Plan

• Payment of approximately 40% of the balance of tuition and required fees (if any) on August 31; 50% of the account balance on November 30; and the remainder on February 28. A $145 surcharge per student will be applied to the account.

Monthly Pay Plan

• Payment of the balance of tuition and required fees (if any) in monthly installments. First payment due August 31; final payment due May 31. A $200 surcharge per student will be applied to the account. Participation in the Tuition Refund Plan is required for those taking advantage of the Monthly Pay Plan and is due in full on August 31.

The Extended School Day Program is one way to assure that your child is not only cared for, but also grows in academics, recreation, and socialization areas. Licensed by the Department of Social Services for Prekindergarten 3 through Grade 5 students, the program meets the needs of both the working family and the child who wants more socialization at the end of the day.
