We provide our military families the support they need with experienced school counselors who are available to assist your family during workups and deployments. Whether you’re Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Marines, Space Force, Reserves or here with NATO, your child will be a known and welcomed member of our family.
Cape Henry Collegiate is a fantastic school for our military family. The school's commitment to preparing students for a dynamic, interconnected world is evident in its diverse curriculum, which includes a wide range of international programs and studies. This global perspective, coupled with the school's emphasis on critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong values, ensures that our daughter is well-prepared to navigate and contribute to the world beyond the classroom.”

We understand that military children may have varied academic paths. As such, our administrators meet with new families one-on-one to ensure their academic requirements are met. As a result, students are well prepared to transfer to other schools throughout the nation and the worldwide DOD-school system (DoDEA), if orders occur.
We encourage you to explore our academic programs and student life opportunities:
Our signature programs, Global Scholars and Health and Medical Science, offer real-world experiences for our students that prepare them for college, meaningful careers and lives with purpose.
Our committed college counseling team strives to deliver an outstanding experience for every family, ensuring that your child discovers a school that is the perfect match academically and socially.
Our Extended School Day Program (ESDP) provides on-site afterschool care for our Lower School students. Cape Henry also offers an array of enrichment and extracurricular activities for our students at all levels.
