Cape Henry’s Nexus Global Studies program expands students’ awareness and understanding of different cultures and perspectives, both in the classroom and experientially through travel. 

Nexus engages students from prekindergarten through 12th grade in a comprehensive, integrated curriculum that stretches them intellectually, emotionally and socially.

Since 2003, Cape Henry’s young Nexus explorers have traversed the globe, visiting more than 58 countries and territories:

Celebrating 20 Years of Nexus Global Studies

Today, Nexus Global Studies is renowned among independent schools for its innovative approach to expanding students’ global and cultural awareness through amazing travel experiences. Over the past 20 years, Cape Henry students have traveled to more than 58 countries and territories, from Morocco and South Africa to Papua New Guinea and Bhutan.
